OH WOW.

im so glad this week is over. it was one of the most draining weeks ive ever had. presentations. reports. projects. one final. its been a nightmare. im actually looking forward to the finals week tomorrow. people ask why? because its a day where u only take two tests and leave. because we leave at 12. some days at 10. because there are only 3 school days next week. thats why.

1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before?

        Umm I went to Yosemite national park. DROVE BY MYSELF xP. I turned 17. applied for colleges, stayed at Disneyland until they closed, went on a date alone with a girl…im sure theres other things that I just cannot recall…but those are the ones that come to mind……BECAME A NINONG (a godparent)

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?

    As much as I try, I absolutely cannot remember what the hell I made as a new years resolution last year. So my new years resolution this year will be to never make another new years resolution ever again.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?

        Hah yea my friend’s gf. I became a ninong….OH! that’s another thing ive done last year….let me update question 1.

4. Did anyone close to you die?

        nope

5. What countries did you visit?

         none

6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?

        Perseverance, a job, a dorm room

7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?

          September 24 because I became the boyfriend of tiffany tapalla that day

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?

          Letting go of the past and doing good in school

9. What was your biggest failure?

          Losing friendships I think is the  main thing =(

          Minor ones I think

          A dozen carnations and a bag of ricola

           You make me sound like a parent or a teacher with this question…my friends, for being my friends, my parents for putting up with my crap =P

            Well…I don’t wanna single anyone out, because everyone has their moments.

             Stuff I don’t need, except for one which is GAS. But stuff I don’t need like SHOES, SHOES, and more SHOES x( I highly regret buying that many shoes in such a small amount of time. 

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?

             Having a girlfriend. Homecoming. Getting good grades in the mail and showing off to my family hahaha

             Oh man a lot of songs…I guess ill go with missy elliot “lose control”

          Happier mos def

            Opening gifts, and then went to grandmas house for more gifts, watched the lakers lose to the heat (BOOO =(   ) came home and watched movies.

            I didn’t fall in love, but I found a new romantic interest

23. How many one night stands?

            Shooot…too many to count. I cheat on my girl a lot, and she knows it. On a serious note..none. 

24. What was your favorite TV program?

             Wild&Out, reruns of Friends…I didn’t get to watch too much tv in 2005

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?

              Hate is such a strong word…

26. What was the best book you read?

          I read some pretty twisted books, like haunted and lunar park. They both had pretty deranged characters and it was interesting to read. Of course harry potter was good but Dumbledore died!? Booo….or did he? Something I think about a lot…. Also I read “the show” a book on pretty much the whole history of the los angeles lakers….im a die hard laker fan so I ate that book up…but I read it into 2006…so does it still count? But anyways, I highly HIGHLY recommend that book for any real laker fan

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?

          Hmmm…Jack Johnson fasho! And also danger doom =)

28. What did you want and get?

           For the most part I got what I wanted, and that makes me look like im spoiled, but the thing is I do a lot of “wanting”. I seriously don’t!   

29. What did you want and not get?

           I didn’t get to heal my relationships with certain people…I think I should have made a better effort, and this year maybe I will.

30. What was your favorite film of this year?

             Crash, war of the worlds, the producers, the 40-year-old virgin, the island, Rent

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?

             I turned 17…and I went to tiffany’s house. She gave me scrabble, the movie ticket from the first day I ever saw her framed, and famous amos cookies.

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?

            If I were aloud to drive right after I got my license, that would have been more satisfying….instead I had to wait about another nine months before I could drive myself

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?

           Im not sure… I wore what I wanted to…but only to the point that I still looked sane.

34. What kept you sane?

           Myself mainly, but my friends helped some… there were some moments where I thought I really had lost it….but the smarter part of me always came alive and would tell me “look at yourself, you sound like an idiot. Pull yourself together and lets go. Get tough, cuz that’s life. Little bitch. Stop whining” and that would pretty much do it for me. But yes, I am sane. =)

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you want the most?

            No one really…

36. What political issue stirred you the most?

            The fact that our governor is Arnold the terminator still stirs me.

37. Who did you miss?

            My friends from my old school. Frank, Johnny, Kevin. People I have met from the past years of high school. Monk, goko, jaimie.

38. Who are cool new people you met?

           Well there’s tiffany and her family and cousins, her best friend laurie, I met gabbie’s older sister, ALL of the cruzes (finally). Christina’s boyfriend Justin. Monica’s friends sarah and marlene. Hong, Athena, the twins, cindy, Theresa….there must be other people but my memory sucks. Im sorry to those of you I forgot about.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2005?

            This is what Kristine said, and I think it sums up what I learned as well: Solution: Fucking get over it. Dwelling doesn't solve anything. Neither does self-inflicted stupidity.
